Good morning to all. I just thought I would take a moment to let all the second home buyers who are looking in the Catskills and the Poconos know I am here for YOU!

The market has dropped quite a bit in the past few years. But when it comes to second homes, that is not "always" the case. Some of the most amazing lakefront homes have recently hit the market, I sent them off to my buyers and they chose to "WAIT".
